Hi Mateusz, your idea of having a different cursor will not work. LibreOffice aims to be as close to the system theme as possible. And the cursor is part of the OS definition. Keep in mind that other users may run a dark theme with a bright cursor. You should rather consider to use a lighter background color, and it also helps visually when the borders are active. In case your goal is to format text, as it looks in your screenshot, you could try to insert a table in Writer.
