here is a first placeholder for the banner [1]. Naturally without green
background but white on white won't be so visible.
As the banner isn't really big it will be a problem to get more infos on it.

The timeline is really jokey.
Why don't you give us the weekend to work for it?
There is no way to design such things and discuss it in such a short
time.
If you need more time, I'd go with a first scetch/alpha and replace it with the
final version later. But I need something from our side for the theme developer
this he and we could see, if everything works AS expected in different
screensizes and with the our color schema.
