Wait, this isn't exactly true: Noto is almost the same as Open Sans except
the "g" character (Open sans has the curly one, and Noto the "grotesk"
one). Of corse, Open Sans is based on Droid but is not the same: the first
one is wider while Droid Sans was though for cellphone interfaces, so it's
quite narrow. Also, Droid Sans doesn't have italics.

The ones that seem to be basically the same are the serif counterparts.
