Sorry about the very late reply. Currently in Chandler you need to sync manually to upload/download changes. We wanted to have automatic synching in 0.6 but it was prioritized out in favor of getting some other features in. We will have this in 0.7 though.

d) I noticed the icon to the right is an arrow meaning that this collection is being shared. I don´t know whether it is only uploading or also downloading, and in this case: should the icon be more a two half arrows going from one place to the other?
