I have created a document that is the framework for the 0.7 search spec.

There really isn't much there since the alpha 2 goals are so minimal. In time, we will be adding developer related details, as well as requirements for alpha 3 and alpha 4. For alpha 2, some of the UI is just temporary but based on discussions with development, this would be the easiest path to get something "internally experimental" up and running.
