I believe they use the term 'Reset'. I've also seen 'Clear form' on long form elements. 

I'm not sure if it really makes sense here to cancel the changes you've made and reverts back to detail view since the changes don't take affect until you've saved it. Those buttons are also used when you have a lot of form elements or made numerous changes to different parts of say 'settings' in a dialog box. 

I would assume that if you didn't really want to make the changes you would click away and there might be a dialog that pops up and ask: 'Do you want to save the changes you've made?', yes/no.
