*Issue*
Assume that user A has a collection named "Work". now let user B subscribe to that collection from the ticket view page and then rename the subscription to "A's Calendar" using the collection details dialog. now let user B go back to the ticket view page for Work and add it again. the server recognizes that the collection is already subscribed and doesn't do that again, but it does revert back to the original subscription name, ie "Work".

*Proposal:*
Need to inform the user that they are subscribing to the same collection already in their account.

An alert message bar will display at the top (in the yellow background). 'You have already subscribed to this collection. [Okay]'. The alert bar will automatically disappear (roll up) after a few seconds.

Why would we let someone do this without giving them the chance to change their minds? If they are doing this it is almost certainly a mistake, so I would prefer a modal dialog box saying "You've already Subscribed to this collection. Is this really what you want [yes] [no]"
