Public bug reported:

I've a NAS file server (samba version on NAS: 3.0.20) and if i ping
"servername" from a terminal i get response, name resolving work fine.
If i connect to the NAS file server from a windows workstation all work fine.

>From Nautilus in Ubuntu Hardy official release i try to make a Server
Connection with the NAS but giving the name of the NAS server the
connection fail or stay active only for some minutes and give a lot of
problems transferring data to/from the NAS.

Giving smbclient -L "servername" i get the informations about shares, domain
and master from the samba NAS server.
Giving smbclient //servername/public -U username from a terminal all work
fine, so it isn't a samba problem.

IMPORTANT!
If i use the static ip address in nautilus, instead of the name (to be
resolved), all work fine!
Is a name resolving problem generated by nautilus because in nautilus don't
resolve names but the names are correctly resolved using commnd-line.

Now i'm using only the static ip address in nautilus to map the shares and (for
now) there are no problems.
Any solution?
