Thank you for responding so quickly. I think I may have found another Ubuntu bug that this may be a duplicate of (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/brasero/+bug/386024). That bug states that the issue only occurs after Brasero has erased a DVD. Can you please confirm whether this issue occurs only when you erase a DVDRW, or does it occur at other times as well?
