Is it really every-man-for-himself in Ubuntu? Doesn't
Shuttleworth set priorities for each release? Isn't
there a paid Canonical development staff? Don't
they get together and put more priority on some
things than on others?

I ask in all seriousness... I'd like to know how,
if at all, this launchpad bug system interacts
with the way the core development team sets
priorities.
