This is purely a packaging problem, not related to upstream (freedesktop.org). Some upstream soure code (such as sys/v4l2/gstv4l2xoverlay.c) is missing from the debian source package (gst-plugins-good0.10_0.10.24.3.orig.tar.bz2).
