Public bug reported:
After upgrading from 17.04 to 17.10 dev amno longer able to install
extensions. I using Chrome with Chrome Gnome Shell. You can go to the
extension you want and turn it on, after a second or two you're asked to
install said extension, then extension is turned off....no installation.
