Thanks, the missing symbol is explained by the ldd output

        libsqlite3.so.0 => /usr/local/lib/libsqlite3.so.0
(0x00007f1d4eca0000)

There is a /usr/local installation which is taking over the Ubuntu one
and probably incompatible. Those are usually the result of a manual
build/make install. If you clean that file (and maybe others in the same
directory) nautilus should work again
