Even though snapd should provide direct access when there is, the bug is
in fact in both in firefox (that should ask how to load the related
resources) and the portal, that misses a way to ask users how to handle
those.

In fact using /usr/share/doc as an example is not the right thing, since
it may be somewhat allowed by a snap, but this test should be done in a
location that cannot be *ever* opened by a sandboxed app.
