That's not quite true - some things under /usr/dt will remain, such as the core
binaries (like libraries) that 3rd parties are likely to have used (e.g. Motif,
DtSvc, etc).

Saying that, it will not be possible to start a CDE desktop unless you copy the
packages from S10 (which could work due to the Solaris ABI guarantees) - but
that's not "supported" in that Sun will not provide patches should it fail.
