I don't know what sort of back end works best for this. I suppose an
IRC bot could hang out on #opensolaris-help and manage the question
queue, responding with a list of unanswered questions when it sees a
/msg helpbot unanswered? request. Does anyone know if the code for
Gnome's #burrito is available for hacking?
