Unfortunately, Roy who I assume originally contributed to the OpenSolaris constitution has highlighted by his actions that it may have flaws and probably should be revisited. I fully respect Glynn for not voting when he may have a conflict of interest, though personally I wish he would :) If Roy did contribute to the wording of the constitution, then I see a direct conflict in interest with his use of the constitution for a pathetic campaign to dissolve the Desktop Community. He does not have the OpenSolaris community interest a heart here unfortunately.
