Yes thanks for corrections.  I was only speaking of typical release
schedules as of recent months with Indiana taking a month or so.  111
took about 3 weeks to come out, and 110 took a full month or so.

I meant libre as in ability to distribute without limitation and not
necessarily with respect to fully available source.
