To upgrade to b111 bits *right now* you'll need to use the 'dev' repository (http://pkg.opensolaris.org/dev) instead of the default 'release' repository used by 2008.11. The dev repository is updated bi-weekly (somewhat). If you do not want to use development bits, you'll have to wait for 2009.06. Changing to the dev repository is done though the GUI with Manage Repositories and setting the URL for opensolaris.org to http://pkg.opensolaris.org/dev.
