Is there anything I can do to help debug the driver? If not, I'll let somebody
else fix
it, and just stop using that panel slider. `scanpci' identifies the audio
device as:

pci bus 0x0000 cardnum 0x10 function 0x01: vendor 0x10de device 0x026c
nVidia Corporation MCP51 High Definition Audio

This is the driver:

# ll /kernel/drv/amd64/audiohd
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root sys 70048 Nov 14 11:58 /kernel/drv/amd64/audiohd
# sum /kernel/drv/amd64/audiohd
33999 137 /kernel/drv/amd64/audiohd
