I've submitted this to the Firefox Bugzilla

https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=440829

---
Under some circumstances if a flash enabled page renders in a non-current tab
the browser will terminate with

The program 'firefox-bin' received an X Window System error.
This probably reflects a bug in the program.
The error was 'BadGC (invalid GC parameter)'.

This occurs on Solaris both Sparc and X86 (Nevada build 90)

It occurs with the flashplugin 9.0 r124. It occurs with or without
flashblocker, even if the flash content is blocked.

It does not occur on Linux FF3.0 , and does not occur on Solaris FF2.x
---

I've attached a test case at the link above via a sessionstore.js that
reproduces a minimal example. I don't think its really a flash issue, since it
occurs with the flashblocker too. I'm thinking it has something to do with how
firefox maps in the external renderer, and may be exposing an Xsun
eccentricity. I post here since it only occurs on Solaris. I see it in the
contributed ff3 build and my own.
