So I respectfully withdraw my participation in this thread for the reason that in addition to my feedback being supposedly pointless, it's an uphill fight against the drones who clearly have the sole purpose of shutting people out. Hopefully upper management actually has a clue what's going on, but then again it's a sinking ship and it may be too late.
