There is a Patch out  for SRS4 9/07  that includes new Firmware  for the SUN 
RAYS 

   Your problem might be this one

The first patch for SRSS 4.0 was released last week.

The patch numbers are:

127553-01 for Solaris/SPARC

127554-01 for Solaris/x86

127555-01 for Linux/x86
