For the default install, Evolution is really nice. It syncs up with Google Calendar as well. They sync in one way now, but two-way sync is being worked on (You'll have two way sync if you build Evolution from CVS) Of course KOrganizer is nice and integrates well with KDE (which I use most of the time)
