That's correct: I reject all HTML emails at my server.  It cuts
down on spam (and given that I use a plain text email client, I
detest HTML emails!).

Yes, the box appears, but much of it is black.  I've attached a
screenshot so that you can see what I'm talking about.

Nope; the Ultra 20 is an AMD-based workstation.  The Ultra 25 and 45
are the SPARC-based ones.
