While I agree it can be useful, it can also be pretty frustrating in terms of
turn around to get it approved. Right now, I don't think anyone would benefit
from being directly involved in that. Having an awareness would obviously be
beneficial still.

I think this would be a very worthwhile thing to keep doing, FWIW, though
perhaps slimming down the amount of required information to simply just a set of
interfaces and a short paragraph about what the component does. Some guidance,
particularly from those who have previously gone through ARC would be welcome.
