No, I think it makes more sense to not include SUNWimagick in spec-files at all. I think originally there was some doubt over who would own it, so it originally got added into spec-files. Then another time took ownership of the module. So, now, I think it only makes sense to have a spec file in SFE (spec-files-extra) if there are users who need to build a newer version than we currently ship. This might be needed, for example, if other things in SFE depend on a newer version. Otherwise, we should probably ping the team that owns ImageMagick and see if we can get them to bump the version.
