Binary downloads for JDS Vermillion Development build 52 are now available from:
http://dlc.sun.com/osol/jds/downloads/current/

NOTE: 'Development' refers to the fact that this build is not yet sufficiently
stable for Solaris Nevada Integration. We are currently using a Stable build
based on GNOME 2.14 in Solaris Nevada. While this build is based on
GNOME 2.16, it should be considered to be of similar quality to GNOME
2.15 Development builds.

Spec files used in the build are also available.
This build requires snv_50 or greater.

This build is based on GNOME 2.16.1.

Installation Instructions
=========================
1) As root, disable the postrun and dbus services to avoid install-time
error messages:
# svcadm disable svc:/system/postrun:default
# svcadm disable svc:/system/dbus:default

The HAL packages have been *not* been incorporated into the installer for this
build. snv_51, with integrated HAL packages, is due to be available
(internally) tomorrow (GMT) so it is less complicated to omit the packages.
