It would be really cool if there was a way to manage a central contact
database that could be used by mozilla/thunderbird and by Evolution. 
(Central the user, not necessarily a big RDBMS somewhere.)

One could imagine then developing little applications which could use
this database, e.g. to import into OOo mail merges and such.
