A Sun employment contract should do it. Unfortunately, most of the time
we skip releasing SXCE builds it's due to legal issues that don't allow
redistribution to others - Sun can use internally, but not give to anyone
else until the problem is resolved, and the lawyers would rather we not
even say what the specific legal issues are in these cases (especially if
they involve 3rd party contracts with confidentiality clauses).
