Note that if you right-click on a panel applet you will see an entry "Lock To Panel". If this is checked then you can't move the applet. If you uncheck this option, then you should be able to right-click on the applet and select "Move" to move it around. You should also be able to right-click on the panel applet and select "Remove From Panel" to remove it. Brian
