As Bob suggested, I suspect the easiest short-term solution may be to  
run the session in VirtualBox on a Mac or PC, and use one of the many  
screen recording tools on those platforms to record the session.

Bob suggested a Windows toolchain that would do the job; if you prefer  
to do it on a Mac, I've personally used VBox+iShowU[1] on OS X to do  
this, with the XiphQT plugin[2] installed to allow iShowU to export  
directly to OGG/Theora.

[1] iShowU isn't the most full-featured screen recorder on OS X, and  
unfortunately it's not free, but at $20 it's about the best compromise
