As Bob suggested, I suspect the easiest short-term solution may be to run the session in VirtualBox on a Mac or PC, and use one of the many screen recording tools on those platforms to record the session. Bob suggested a Windows toolchain that would do the job; if you prefer to do it on a Mac, I've personally used VBox+iShowU[1] on OS X to do this, with the XiphQT plugin[2] installed to allow iShowU to export directly to OGG/Theora. Cheeri, Calum. [1] iShowU isn't the most full-featured screen recorder on OS X, and unfortunately it's not free, but at $20 it's about the best compromise between features, ease-of-use and cost: http://www.shinywhitebox.com/store/shop.php [2] http://xiph.org/quicktime/ -- CALUM BENSON, Usability Engineer Sun Microsystems Ireland mailto:calum.benson at sun.com GNOME Desktop Team http://blogs.sun.com/calum +353 1 819 9771 Any opinions are personal and not necessarily those of Sun Microsystems
