I see. Yes, I've considered that, too. But I hear that the shared folders will supposedly work in 1.7.0. Juergen, I saw that in the VBOX bug tracker. Will give it a shot one of these days. Having a VNIC will definately make things easier. The question is whether normal CIFS share (actually SMB shares) will then work fine or show the same odd behaviour as local shared folders. Any experiences that you can share? Cheers, Hakim -- S.
