I know this approach is OK for some but being able to run an application
under Wine or Virtualbox should never be considered as an acceptable
solution...sure with programs like MS Office where there is no chance of a
native port but on the whole it adds too much complexity. Keep in mind that
Solaris runs on Sparc and in the future ARM, Wine and Virtualbox won't be
around for those platforms :-|
