Yeah, unfortunately I don't think there is a way to connect VLC and
Gstreamer :(

 

If you are interested in that, I encourage you to file a ticket on the VLC
Trac.which seems to be down right now.

As VLC is a different framework from the GStreamer framework I am pretty
sure you wouldn''t be able to use Fluendo's plugins within VLC. If there is
