The bug 4078 happens when it fails to open /dev/audio device. Flashplayer uses /dev/audio, so gstreamer cannot open it from the same process. It explains why the crash is gone if you remove flash plugin. The bug 4078 is fixed in snv_104. So you can upgrade your SPARC and have a try.
