Yes, currently SUNWgnome-spell includes enchant which can load myspell dictionaries. Firefox also can load the MySpell dictionaries. Oh, I didn't notice emacs since I'm a vi user.. It seems emacs/textmodes/ispell.el can load the ispell/aspell dictionaries.
