Did you set LD_LIBRARY_PATH?
If you did, unset it.
Run
ldd /opt/sfw/lib/firefox/libxul.so | grep glib
You should see
/opt/sfw/lib/libglib-2.0.so.0
I just checked, the build works for me on S10U6.
