Put a symlink pointing to the java plugin in the firefox plugins directory The old -fashioned file, which doesn't work, would have been ..../jre/plugin/i386/ns7/libjavaplugin_oji.so the new one replacing it would be ..../jre/lib/i386/libnpjp2.so In my case it's something like: ln -s /usr/jdk/instances/jdk1.6.0/jre/lib/i386/libnpjp2.so /usr/local/versions/firefox-3.6b1/firefox/plugins -- -Peter Tribble http://www.petertribble.co.uk/ - http://ptribble.blogspot.com/
