The cups services now handle ipp request,
svc:/application/print/ipp-listener:default
is the ipp part for LP.

But one step at a time:
Are you able to ping ultra20 from your laptop?
Can you print the test page from ultra 20?
Are the printer on the ultra 20 shared?
Can you print the test page from laptop onto Ultra 20?
