Yes, I saw that one can check for updates, but 3.5.7 would not update to 3.6.  
However, that would always "work" if FF is run as root, but updates never came 
down.  There are now .mar files in the contrib ftp directories, but nothing 
about Solaris in the "update" ftp directory, only linux, mac, and windows.  In 
another thread, Ginn suggested that auto updates would happen.  I have seen no 
evidence of this yet.
