If you've Firefox 3.5.6, it will auto update to 3.5.7. (Thunderbird 3.0 will auto update to Thunderbird 3.0.1)
I would expect, Firefox 3.5.x could finally get update to Firefox 3.6.x at some point. But I *didn't* push this update to the sever yet. For Win/Mac/Linux, Mozilla Corp didn't give auto update from 3.5.7 to 3.6, either. When they plan to give such an update, I'll do it for Solaris too. BTW: I disabled auto update for PKG version, because the mar files were generated based on the tar ball version. Also, it will not check updates, if your profile disables it.
