Please don't ask people to use apport-collect on Firefox bugs, unless the bug already has other useful information on it. I get more than a dozen e-mails every time someone does that, so I prefer people to just close the bug and ask the reporter to open another one, using Apport.
But could you actually please describe the problem you're experiencing?
