It should be a separate plugin, under "Window Management" in ccsm. I want to use Unity because I like its dash and dock, but I still want to be able to use the Static Application Switcher or the Ring Switcher. Now, I *could* rebind all the window switching keys to null and then enable my preferred switcher, but I would rather have Unity's switcher just be a separate plugin that I can disable or enable.
