I emailed the guy who's in charge of the PPA to just let him know that
the PPA failed to build the Libreoffice 3.6.1 and he replied that he was
fully aware of the build fail but didn't have me any update on when it
would be built successfully.

I didn't want to step on his toes but thought I would have had a better
reply.

  I have installed the latest PPA version - 3.5.3-rc2-0ubuntu1~ppa2(precise), 
still happens.
