FFE documentation: proposed changes: https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/gitweb?p=core.git;a=commitdiff;h=e1ca9ecd43db2256739d2d710823acdd51ca5777 fixes the unitymenu integration patch so that LibreOffices own menu is only removed in a unity session. This only modifies the vcl gtk plugin in libreoffice-gtk -- other parts of libreoffice are untouched by this change.
rationale: LibreOffice with libreoffice-gtk installed would otherwise be unusable in gnome-classic. The only possible workaround would be to disable or remove libreoffice-gtk with a severe impact on desktop integration. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to libreoffice in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1062757 Title: No menu bar under GNOME Shell & gnome-classic Status in “libreoffice” package in Ubuntu: Fix Committed Status in “libreoffice” source package in Quantal: Fix Committed Bug description: I just upgraded to 1:3.6.2~rc2-0ubuntu1 and the menu bar is gone under GNOME Shell session.
