Marking as duplicate of bug #869491 even though its newer as it seems more up to date. ** This bug has been marked a duplicate of bug 869491 "No Screenshot" no longer says how to add one. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to software-center in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/433841 Title: Enable users to upload a screenshot Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Bug description: Binary package hint: software-store I sometimes browse the Store for known packages, only to see the "no screenshot available" message. In these cases, it would be great to have an "upload a screenshot" button allowing the user to do that. That way it wouldn't be up to developers / maintainers to do the tedious job of adding screenshots, and most apps would get one.
