Bug description:
Binary package hint: light-themes
In certain applications, such as Deluge and Guayadeque the menu bar is
completely missing when using either of the Light themes. In Deluge
the menu bar reappears when selecting an item, but there is no way to
bring the menu bar back in Guayadeque.
