Title:
no mouse or keyboard in X: ubuntu 13.04 live daily-build
Status in “xorg” package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
Could be xorg event handling problem.
On iMac 21.5 (mid 2010) attempting to run live cd of ubuntu 13.04 daily build
27 Feb 2013.
CD boots and loads live desktop.
No mouse or keyboard input to X.
Keyboard allows switch to vt1 using ctl-alt-F1. Keyboard works OK in vt.
ctl-alt-F7 returns to X desktop and no mouse or keyboard input is accepted by
X.
Last build tried was 26 Dec 2012 where X did accept mouse and keyboard input,
but only whilst using live desktop.
Once that build was installed the X desktop did not accept mouse or keyboard
input.
