The only option that seems to work is to enable and disable the headers and footer in all pages (this is not possible with documents with just one kind of page style). The only way to possible create footers and headers with global menu enabled is to do it from the format menu by selectinge page settings. jose@JARR-Laptop:~$ lsb_release -rd Description: Ubuntu 11.04 Release: 11.04 jose@JARR-Laptop:~$ apt-cache policy lo-menubar lo-menubar: Installed: 0.1.1~pre1-0ubuntu2 Candidate: 0.1.1~pre1-0ubuntu2 Version table: *** 0.1.1~pre1-0ubuntu2 0 100 /var/lib/dpkg/status 0.1.0-0ubuntu1 0 500 http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ natty/universe amd64 Packages To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/lo-menubar/+bug/785324/+subscriptions -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~desktop-packages Post to : desktop-packages@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~desktop-packages More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
